The promo runs for 3 months or up to 1 000 000 Kč in volume, whichever comes first. Then the standard rate of 0,79 % applies.

For card turnover from 200 000 Kč a month.

The promo runs for 3 months or up to 1 000 000 Kč in volume, whichever comes first. Then the standard rate of 0,55 % + 0,50 Kč applies.

The fixed part of the fee is invoiced once a month.

For chargebacks we only pass on the card scheme and processor fees, with no markup.

Money is paid out the same day.

Rental and purchase terms

A rented terminal remains the property of Siberlogy s.r.o. You may not sell, pledge, sublet or lend it.

We hand over the terminal with a handover record (serial number, condition, accessories).

If you return it before 6 months, you pay the rent up to the end of 6 months.

When the rental ends, return the terminal within 14 days in the same condition, allowing for normal wear, including accessories.

If you damage the terminal so that it does not work, or destroy it, we charge 2 990 Kč and send you a new one. The rental continues.

If the terminal is not returned, a contractual penalty of 2 990 Kč applies, at most once per terminal.

Report loss or theft within 24 hours and we will block the terminal remotely.

Defects you did not cause are fixed by a free replacement. Normal wear is not charged.

A purchased terminal ships after the advance invoice is paid. Ownership passes on payment. Claims are handled by SIbPay. The buyer bears the cost of environmentally sound disposal.

We can buy back a purchased terminal. We will also make an offer for a terminal you bought from another company.

Invoicing

Terminal rental and the SIM card are invoiced monthly in advance. The fixed part of the Plus fee is invoiced monthly in arrears.

Invoices are due within 14 days.

Card payment fees are deducted from your takings directly by the processor Shift4.

Late payment carries statutory interest under Government Regulation No. 351/2013 Coll. (CNB repo rate + 8 percentage points a year) and compensation for recovery costs of at least 1 200 Kč.

Card payments are processed by Shift4 Limited as the acquirer; the payment app is provided by Softpay ApS. You sign the payment acceptance contract with Shift4 through SIbPay.

Price list changes

You choose the plan yourself. Plus is for card turnover from 200 000 Kč a month. Based on your actual turnover, we may move you to the matching plan (terms and conditions).

VAT and validity

Prices are final. Card payments are VAT exempt under Section 54 of the Czech VAT Act. Siberlogy s.r.o. is not a VAT payer.
