How phone payments work

The minimum applies to each phone with card payments on separately, not to all your devices together.

Example: two phones with card payments on have a minimum of 399 Kč each, 798 Kč a month together.

If the fees from payments on a phone stay below 399 Kč in a month, we invoice the difference.

A phone with no payments in a month costs nothing.

No minimum is charged during the promo for new clients.

The promo runs for 3 months or up to 1 000 000 Kč in volume, whichever comes first. Then the standard rate of 0,79 % applies.

Visa and Mastercard, including Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Card payments, Plus plan

Business cards issued in the EEA1,89 % + 0,50 Kč

For card turnover from 200 000 Kč a month.

The promo runs for 3 months or up to 1 000 000 Kč in volume, whichever comes first. Then the standard rate of 0,55 % + 0,50 Kč applies.

The fixed part of the fee is invoiced once a month.

How to switch payments on

In the SIbPay app: Settings → Payment method.

You switch them on after reading the notice.

Separately on each phone.

What you need

An Android phone with NFC. No iPhone yet.

A system security update no older than 12 months.

For chargebacks we only pass on the card scheme and processor fees, with no markup.

Money is paid out the same day.

Invoicing

The top-up to the minimum and the fixed part of the Plus fee are invoiced monthly in arrears.

Invoices are due within 14 days.

Card payment fees are deducted from your takings directly by the processor Shift4.

Late payment carries statutory interest under Government Regulation No. 351/2013 Coll. (CNB repo rate + 8 percentage points a year) and compensation for recovery costs of at least 1 200 Kč.

Card payments are processed by Shift4 Limited as the acquirer; the payment app is provided by Softpay ApS. You sign the payment acceptance contract with Shift4 through SIbPay.

Price list changes

You choose the plan yourself. Plus is for card turnover from 200 000 Kč a month. Based on your actual turnover, we may move you to the matching plan (terms and conditions).

VAT and validity

Prices are final. Card payments are VAT exempt under Section 54 of the Czech VAT Act. Siberlogy s.r.o. is not a VAT payer.
